I visited Giant Ricky bag exhibition last Friday. TSUM - one of the most famous Russian shopping centres in Moscow kindly invited me to visited that event. I saw a lot of iconic fashion people there and some really talented fashion bloggers.
We arrived a little bit late, but the cocktail was amazing. There were a lot of delicious things including cookies looking exactly like Ricky bags.
The main part of that event was the Giant Ricky Bag. That big orange bag was literally my height.
I checked the original Ricky Bag and fell in love with it. Such a cute and well done bag! All the Ricky bags are hand made. Each one is made of 50 separate pieces of leather and 9 different pieces of hardware. Additionally, each bag includes feet constructed from two or three layers of leather with cut edges, hand stitching and creasing.
I had a really good time with my friends-bloggers and we were surprised with the cocktail party's level. Everything was perfect. We chose different cookies which looked like Ricky Bags.
Russia is not the first country where we can see Ricky Giant Bag. A year ago fashionistas could visit Ralph Lauren exhibition in USA,then it was in other countries.
He loved his wife a lot, he wanted to prove that women could feel really comfortable in a pair of jeans and a t-shirt. He created Ricky Bag and we all fell in love with it. I wish I could have one!
His brand is in our hearts forever, his design is timeless. I am in love with Ralph Lauren, he sees women in such a different way. He shows us pure beauty. His career is huge and I am so thankful. I don't even know him personally, but I think he is a really good person. He makes dreams come true and that's why we all need him. He creates simple art which will never die out. Someday we all will die, but our masterpieces will be here forever.
