Fashion world needs more talents. I fell in love on that day. That was the second day of MBFW Russia and the first show I visited was called 075 by Julia Caesar. I heard about her few seasons ago. I did not expect her show would be that great.
Usually, there are not so many people on Fashion Week when it's 3 pm. (because most of celebrities arrive at 9 pm.). But Julia's FS was brilliant.
My really close friend and a very talented hair stylist Elf called me few days before the show and gave me a VIP invitation. I was so excited.
I had no time to go backstage, but I had a special front row seat reserved specially for me, I was so happy. 2 of my amazing friends took part in that show - Senya, a very beautiful and handsome male model and Elf (my favourite hair stylist, he can do crazy things with your hair). I was so excited to see them on the runway.
The show started. I was so shocked. Guests watched a small film before the first catwalk. Music started playing and the first model got on the runway. That was a menswear collection and I was really impressed. She killed everyone. The show was not only about clothes, it was about Julia Caesar lifestyle. She showed us the real art - music, make up and models..everything was perfect. I fell in love with literally each boy I saw on the runway.
In one moment I saw Angel on the runway (that's the name of one of the craziest boys i've ever seen). He did such a fabulous catwalk, he did crazy things with his neck, we all got really scared. Elf wore black & red polka dot blouse with trousers. Most of her clothes was totally red. They wore special eye wear so their eyes were red and they looked like little devils. But I was not scared at all, i'd rather date one of them.
There were boys with piercing and tattoos, they did not look basic at all, so the show was not basic too. I loved their make up - red stripes and dots ( the main prints from that collection) were covering models' faces. Julia did not want to show us just clothes (which I WOULD BUY for sure), she showed us some real fashion. I can easily compare her fashion show with Milan Menswear FW fashion shows and there will be no difference. This is how modern fashion should be like. Professionalism and hidden beauty.
I got so inspired I draw few sketches in my SS Menswear 15 sketchbook.
Right after the show I met my friends and we discussed everything. We all got really inspired by 075. I wish Julia could make fashion shows each season. We all will be supporting her in the future, so she will be able to make more and more collections. Real talents can't be hidden.
At 4 pm. I went to another fashion show which did not really impress me, but I loved Natalya Kozhevnikova's collection. Shapes and silhouettes, colours and models, everything was pretty good.
I skipped HL Arapkhanovi FS ( I did not miss anything ...) and got a front row seat on GALETSKY. I've heard of GALETSKY before. I visited Anton's fashion show previous season. I fell in love with GALETSKY. I wish they could give me one of their previous collection's dresses! SS15 fashion show was so amazing. They found so many old prints and made them looking fresh on young models. Girls were wearing beanies, one of the greatest elements was the first Vogue Russia issue in GALETSKY edition covering the whole coat. I loved all prints and silhouettes were sharp and modern.
I think Galetsky will go really far in selling his clothes and marketing. This brand has potentials to be in Milan or Paris, they just need more time and more customers. I will always support this brand, I love them so much!
To be honest, I spent 90% of that fashion day backstage with friends. We were taking funny selfies and silly videos.
Later I visited ZARINA fashion show. I did not like it again. There were a lot of people and nothing exciting happened again. I am proud to say Natalia Vodianova is a part of SS15 collection, but she's created only a limited edition collection. The other part of the show was so horrible. When I first saw Zarina FS in 2011 or 2012, I was sure they copied Dolce & Gabbana. This season they have copied Oscar de la Renta. I have no words for Zarina and have no idea why do some people even like this brand. And I am not the only one who thinks like that. People who were sitting near me during the show said same things to each other.

On the second Fashion Week Day I wore Dolce & Gabbana dress, Galolbo accessory for head, vintage earrings, Atos Lombardini black leather jacket.
If clothes or the whole show is not really good, just talk about make up and hair.

The last fashion show I visited on that day was Ma Ya. I loved the atmosphere. I felt like I was somewhere, anywhere ...but not in Russia! Fabric and silhouettes were really good. I fell in love with a black dress which showed the half of body on the back. I loved the beginning and the end of the show. I fell in love. After the show I saw 2 front row guests wearing that brand, because prints were taken right from the collection, that was so lovely.
