Mardan Palace #1 S14

I did not know which title to choose for the first story about my trip to Mardan Palace, so I decided to count every visit. That was the first time I flew to Turkey Summer 2014. I was waiting for that day for a long long time. I had a lot of expectations and hopes. Everything came true and I was so happy to come back to the most beautiful hotel in the whole Turkey. I bought June Issue of Vogue Russia and had a nice flight with Turkish Airlines (by the way, their food was really delicious!). My mom was already in Antalya, so she was waiting for our team in the airport and then I finally got back where I were 10 months ago.

Our first day was kinda ,lazy,. We all got tired because of the flight. I was really sad no one wanted to join me. So I took my friend (she's such a beautiful piano player) Viki Lee and we went swimming. She recorded me on video, I was such a crazy girl on that day. We were screaming something about summer and jumping into the water. The weather was pretty cold, but I felt really good because I jumped into the sea on the first June, the first summer day.
Viki gave me a little cute present - Comme Des Garcons perfumes, I was so so happy to get them! Love that brand and their perfume line.

On the first I chilled with my friends and we were listening to some good tracks and eating sushi (the hotel has every kind of food you like, so you can eat whatever you want or offer food into your room). We had a really deep talk with one of my friends until 2 am. and then I fell asleep. I was so excited for the second June.

I woke up at 6 am. and the weather was perfect. I did not want to wake anyone up so I stuck on balcony with my iPhone. I took 26832 selfies and I was surprised I looked fresh ( I slept only 4 hours ). That day was so important I could not sleep. At first, I finally woke up my mom at 8 am. and we had such a delicious breakfast !

Everytime I visit Mardan Palace, I feel like I love this place more and more. It does not even look like a hotel. I feel home.

We had a small 2 hours break before the final steps - sound check and models' arrival. I made myself stand up and go on the White Beach ( I was too sleepy to move ). Exactly at 5 pm. models arrived and I was happy to meet them all. I was deciding which girls we needed for 2 shows, so I did the right choice.

Girls looked really skinny and fresh, I felt uncomfortable standing near them. But we became friends.

Roma joined us and we did a sound check. His music was so perfect, I could not breathe. We laughed a lot and time ran so fast. Models did their catwalks twice and I told them what should they do during the show and how they were supposed to act, because Julia's collection was really different to Olga's, so they had to know everything in details!

We worked a lot and my blog did a LIVESTREAM. I was glad people liked the idea of watching us online. I was really nervous, because I was the main detail in the whole process. My blog was viewed by more than 2 thousand people and I was really shocked. People are interested in things my friends and I do, and I am happy we share the same interests.
Next time we do the fashion shows, I want to see more people online watching our LIVESTREAM. It is really exciting to see what people write about the event online while you are sitting there.
It was my first HUGE event. Yes, I organised 2 fashion shows last September there too, but that was  not that big. Everything depended on other people, not me. But this time, I had to control everything - from catwalk of models to make up and music sound. I was so stressed. But it gave me so much energy for the whole June.

  As a fabulous fashionista I planned my outfit for the fashion show 2 months before, but I still had some doubts. I needed 5 hours to prepare,but I had only 2.

  

A quick dinner before the most important night.

Then the party started. Before the fashion show it was a little ,Cocktail Party,. Important people from the whole Turkey came to Mardan Palace to discuss their business questions and watch 2 fashion shows - Julia Dalakian and Olga Plenkina.

Viki Lee was playing LIVE piano music during Julia's fashion show and Roma Acorn was the DJ of the second fahion show - Olga Plenkina's fall 14/15 Couture collection.

I chose two really different designers - their style is too different. Julia creates RTW and Olga is all about HC. I love the big difference between both collections.

I was a front row guest and I loved catching attention (again!). I was wearing my favourite white long wig and a long mint skirt. People told me I looked like a mermaid. Maybe.

Right after the show we went to Monkey Club ( a small club which is located on the territory of the hotel). Roma performed his new songs and then we all had so much fun. Everyone had their own company. I was chilling with Julia (Match for J.Mava jewelry brand creator), Roma and Yura Titov (a famous Russian singer). We left the club really early and had a walk to the beach at 2 am. The weather was perfect and I saw 2 falling stars at once. Then we had a lot of fun in the Ball Hall ( - 1 floor, on the left from the Lobby). It was really scary to get inside that hall because there were no lights, just our iPhones. That night was crazy. I literally lost my high heels in the darkness.

When everyone went sleep, I got lost. I had no room keys and it was 4 am. I tried to call my mom, but she was sleeping. I had to get  back to the Lobby to ask for a new room key...

Next day was the last for everyone who came to Mardan with me, but I had 3 days more. The third June was RU TV party night. Russian famous singers performed and we danced - it was a great party.


The music was so loud and my mood was so great, I did not want that night to end. But good moments finish so fast.

On the last night I got back to the Ball Hall again with my photographer - Yura Yadrov. We created amazing photos and I wore two beautiful dresses - one of them was from Olga Plenkina's latest collection. 

You know my obsession with gold elements and 18th century inspired architecture. I could not leave that place. Too beautiful to breathe.

Sometimes it is really sad, life runs so fast and you never know what's going to be tomorrow. I am trying to be happy everyday I wake up healthy. But when I wake up in Mardan Palace I feel so much happier, the architecture and the spirit make me fall for this place more and more.

I had two more days, all I did was sleeping until 7 pm. and drinking fresh apple juices.

I was so sad to leave. We all did such a great job. Thanks Mardan Palace, MARCA EVENT, designers, press, celebrities and PR-agency , УСПЕХ , for a huge collaboration. We made an amazing show and had a lot of fun together.
Next fashion show is coming next month, July 8th. Alexander Gusarov and Goga Sabekia fashion shows will be livestreaming here again. I hope you are looking forward new parties and shows.
